I cannot say enough good things about Traci at Gracejan Designs. I run a jewellery franchise and needed my website updated and this is definitely not my forte. I was lucky enough to find Traci and she literally took care of every last detail - especially all of the items that most of us don't even think about. (and with the patience needed to explain things to someone who has no idea of the coding jargon) My new updated website is clean, professional looking, with all of the links to our stylists and our head office - training areas, supply carts - it is fabulous - better than I imagined. And the best part - on going support as I learn to update the website myself. Did I mention that all if this was done during covid - emails and phone calls only.
