Discovery

When you book a consultation or call directly, we will send you a confirmation email of your meeting time.

The meeting will include the specifics of your business and the services you need and how we can help you. We will discuss things like, your pain points, your brand vision, goals and develop a design strategy plan.

Following that, we'll follow up with a questionnaire, as we like to be thorough in our consultations. With this as a starting point, the design goals can get off to a great start!

The design of your website includes not just visual elements such as fonts, colors, and images, but also functional elements such as navigation, user interactions, and speed. Of course, let's not forget SEO and how it impacts your website performance on search engines like Google.

All of these factors are taken into account while designing a website that builds trust and authority within your brand niche.

Development

This is where the magic happens and one of the most exciting phases of a project. This is where we transition from strategy into design concepts and visualize the new website.

With a user-centered approach to creating, we design with your visitors in mind. In particular, we add coding to spice up your website. Importantly, we place heavy emphasis on your new sites mobile experience and with a sprinkle of SEO.

In order to achieve your business goals, we must use our expertise in the digital realm with your industry knowledge. We ensure the quality of our websites with strict measures for quality assurance before we launch them.

Launch

When we are ready to launch, we will design a walk-through to show you around your newly built website. This is a great time to ask questions and make notes for any revisions needed.

When revisions are complete, a quality check is run on a variety of browsers and mobile devices, and the site is ready to go live. You can now start spreading the news on social media, creating more hype about your business, thus creating more traffic to your website!

We provide client training and 3 weeks post-launch support on all website packages. I highly recommend all of my clients invest in the Maintenance/SEO Plans, or they can maintain their website themselves.

At the start of the brand and logo project we will have an in depth call to understand the details of your visions and passion. I take everything I learn and create the design direction through a mood board, strategy and brainstorm phase.

Once approved, I jump into customizing and illustrating your logo design concept. 3 revisions are included in the logo concept to nail the final product.

After we have an amazing minimal brand design, I package it up in a PDF guideline packet. This is like the rule book of your business visuals. You can reference it at anytime to understand your colors, fonts, files and more.

The brand guideline package will give you all the information you will need for a consistent and recognizable business brand.

 

My approach to designs in both web and branding is to make it 100% custom! I want your brand to show up uniquely YOU. This is why I have in depth intital calls so I can get to know you and your brand. I also like to include check-in with you throughout the project to make sure we are on the right path. In my experience, it is better not to rush creating a brand or web design that you will have forever!

Essentially, a branding guideline is your business’s rule book. Ultimately, how you show up is who you attract and how much you attract. In order to land the clients you want, you must have a brand that speaks to your product or service.

The brand guideline saves you a lot of time especially when you are investing your energy showing up in the areas where you have expertise.

I have experience in various platforms. However, I do prefer to design on WordPress for it’s flexibility and cost effectiveness, especially for start-ups.
